Position Overview

The Housekeeping Room Attendant ensures guest rooms and suites at the Manor House and Vintner's Cottage are cleaned and presented to Vivamee's luxury standards, helping create a welcoming, comfortable stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, suites, and common areas according to Vivamee's brand and cleanliness standards
• Make beds, change linens, and restock guest amenities and supplies
• Dust, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces, bathrooms, and floors
• Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Handle lost and found items according to property procedures
• Restock housekeeping carts and maintain organized supply closets
• Respond promptly to guest requests for additional amenities or services
• Maintain discretion and respect for guest privacy and belongings at all times
• Follow all safety and chemical-handling procedures for cleaning products and equipment

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hotel room attendant experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
• Ability to work efficiently and independently to meet room-cleaning standards
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs (linens, supplies)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts and operate vacuum equipment
