Wire Harness Assembly - Day Shift Available

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Wire Harness Assembler to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling wire harnesses and electronic components according to specifications and schematics. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality products that meet industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a passion for working with electrical systems. Comex experience a plus.

Hours: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:00PM

Duties

• Assemble wire harnesses and electronic components based on provided schematics and diagrams.
• Utilize soldering techniques and surface mount technology to ensure secure connections.
• Perform electrical wiring tasks, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Use an ohmmeter to test connections and troubleshoot any issues that arise during assembly.
• Operate power tools safely and effectively in the assembly process.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols.

Skills

• Proficient in soldering techniques and surface mount technology.
• Strong understanding of electrical wiring principles and practices.
• Familiarity with using an ohmmeter for testing electrical connections.
• Experience with power tools used in assembly processes.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and technical documents.
• Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in assembly tasks.
• Mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly of various components.
