Job Summary
We are a small family run establishment and do breakfast, lunch, and daily catering.
Responsibilities
- Set up work station when arrive
- Slicing, and moderate prep on a daily basis
- Must be willing to learn breakfast line!
- Must have excellent customer service skills and able to adapt working with other employees of any skill level.
- Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, and adhering to sanitation protocols
- Help with other catering when needed
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies and monitoring food safety practices throughout your shift
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food preparation or quick service restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during busy periods
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and clear communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards, proper food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively in a fast-paced setting
