Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate chemicals and methods, ensuring safety protocols are followed
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment to perform pest eradication tasks effectively
- Maintain detailed records of treatments administered, pests identified, and property conditions for each client
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agricultural tasks as needed to support overall property health
- Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards
- Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans to prevent future infestations
Qualifications
- Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping or agriculture is highly desirable
- Knowledge of pest identification techniques and treatment methods
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other relevant equipment safely and efficiently
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with driving company vehicles preferred
- Familiarity with the use of pesticides or chemical treatments is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided if necessary
- Strong work ethic with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
