This role will primarily assist in the deployment of skills within the Workday job table for a designated pilot group and help audit, validate, and improve the internal career framework. - Attend college full-time in the United States and be entering your final semester or year of undergraduate studies with a graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Able to work in an in-person or hybrid workplace environment arrangement
- Available the entire duration of the 10-week internship and reside within a commutable distance to one of our office locations (NY, NJ, NC). A housing stipend will be provided to help with travel and accommodations. Candidates should only apply to one role. Key Responsibilities Workday Skills Deployment (Pilot Group)
- Assist in mapping and assigning the appropriate skills to job profiles within Workday.
- Review job descriptions, job families, competencies, and/or functional requirements to ensure accuracy of skill assignments.
- Partner with HR and functional leaders to validate selected skills for the pilot population.
- Support data entry, updates, and quality checks within the Workday job table.
- Track progress, flag discrepancies, and help prepare status reports for project stakeholders. Career Framework Audit & Validation
- Audit internal job architecture for gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated content.
- Assist in documenting findings and recommending improvements based on external career health check data and best practices. General Total Rewards Support
- Provide analytical and administrative support for compensation and job architecture projects.
- Maintain organized project documentation and version control.
- Participate in team meetings and assist with ad-hoc reporting or research as needed.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large sets of job or HR data with accuracy.
- Familiarity with Workday or other HRIS platforms (preferred but not required).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively. Desired skills for all intern roles:
- Strong understanding and appreciation of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic, brand heritage, and the retail industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong writing and math skills; retail math a plus
