About Gap Inc.

At Gap Inc., we create culture as much as we create clothes. Our ambition is to become a high-performing house of iconic American brands that shape culture.

Our portfolio-Old Navy, Gap, Banana Republic, and Athleta-each brings a distinct point of view to how we show up in the world and serve our customers.

Old Navy democratizes style with quality and value for all. Gap champions originality through essential pieces that celebrate individuality. Banana Republic is rooted in a spirit of discovery, creating modern pieces inspired by craftsmanship and travel. Athleta champions the Power of She through confidence, strength, and movement.

We're driven by a shared purpose: to bridge gaps-between people, perspectives, and possibilities-to create a better world.

We're building a team that performs at a high level-people who think boldly, take ownership, and turn ideas into impact. If you're ready to learn fast and help shape what's next, you'll fit right in.

About The Role

Reporting to the Chief Communications Officer, we're looking for a visionary leader to spearhead our Corporate Communications strategy and operations. creation, campaign execution, and measurement.

Strategic Planning & Operations

  • Centralize communications planning and operations to create a future-focused,

proactive function rooted in strategic foresight.

  • Develop governance models, editorial calendars, communications

campaigns/media/project dashboards to ensure clarity, consistency, and

accountability across the organization-creating transparency and visibility for

executive leadership and across the enterprise.

  • Oversee budgeting, measurement, and process optimization to maximize

efficiency and impact.

Employer Brand Leadership

Talent Acquisition, Inclusion & Belonging, and Purpose teams to position us as

top employer.

and commitment to innovation.

Cross-Functional & External Partnerships

  • Collaborate with global teams, agency partners, and vendors to deliver integrated

campaigns that elevate our brand and business priorities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, ensuring alignment and

influence across all communications initiatives.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

  • Stay ahead of emerging technologies, platforms, and cultural trends to keep Gap

Inc. at the forefront of digital engagement.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and agility, driving new ideas that push

boundaries and create measurable impact.

Who You Are

  • 12 years in communications strategy, digital marketing, or employer branding

with proven success in complex organizations.

  • A strategic thinker and operational leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes

environments.

  • Deep expertise in digital platforms, analytics, and content workflows.
