Job Description
In this role, you will support the Showroom Manager in overseeing and coordinating the operational management of our events.
The Assistant Showroom Manager helps supervise and organize between 30 and 150 sales associates each week.
This role is also hands-on, actively participating in showroom operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Before the sale:
An entrepreneurial spirit with strong interpersonal skills, you have a genuine sense of sales and client service. You are skilled in team management and leadership, and as a hands-on manager, you enjoy being actively involved in showroom operations.
You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in the fashion and luxury industry. Training in merchandising techniques would be a strong asset.
Welcoming and attentive, you demonstrate diplomacy and adaptability.
Our activity requires resilience under pressure as well as the ability to follow procedures and standards.
You enjoy teamwork and naturally foster collaboration and mutual support.

Job Description
In this role, you will support the Showroom Manager in overseeing and coordinating the operational management of our events.
The Assistant Showroom Manager helps supervise and organize between 30 and 150 sales associates each week.
This role is also hands-on, actively participating in showroom operations.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Before the sale:
- Assist with product reception, inventory, and merchandising according to the specific floor plan of each event.
- Contribute to team preparation: task allocation, product briefings, and organization of key sales moments.
- Co-lead the operational team (Stock Handlers, Inventory Clerks, Sales Associates, Cashiers): train, guide, and prepare them while raising awareness of the specific requirements of our partner brands.
- Ensure the smooth operational management of the showroom:
- Task distribution, break management, and customer flow optimization.
- Maintain showroom quality and ensure continuous replenishment.
- Lead and motivate the team on the floor, supporting their development and commercial engagement.
- Drive sales performance by monitoring KPIs and maintaining a proactive presence on the sales floor.
- Deliver a flawless client experience: advising, assisting, handling feedback, and acting as a true ambassador for Arlettie.
- Relay client insights to the sales team with the goal of maximizing sales opportunities.
- Oversee the product repacking according to partner brand requirements.
- Contribute to performance analysis: evaluate results, share feedback, and suggest improvements (e.g., merchandising, organization).
- Support accurate and relevant reporting to facilitate decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Compensation: Salary Range is $60,000 - $80,000
- Showroom location: NYC/Flatiron Disctrict
