RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Purpose: The Comparison Advisor identifies and transitions vehicle acquisition opportunities from service to sales. They ensure proper follow-up and information is provided to the sales department, and clear communication with the customer.
- Make sure accurate information is given to each eligible service drive customer through Axel One program.
- Properly identify potential sales opportunities and ensure a smooth transition to the Sales Department.
- Annotate and log sales opportunities for proper follow-up.
- Demonstrate the Comparison Presentation to eligible service customers.
- Make phone calls to every eligible customer next business day after service RO is opened and reply to all received communications in Axel Program.
- Send daily opportunity report at proper quarter times.
KPIs:
- Presentations shown to eligible customers.
- Opportunities given to Sales Department.
- Percent of eligible opportunities given to Sales Department.
- Comparisons acquired.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Energetic, professional, motivated, and punctual
- Clean driving record and valid Texas DL
