POSITION SUMMARY
The Hubspot Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system to enhance customer relationships, streamline business processes, and support business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Associates working a minimum of 30 hours per week are eligible to enroll in our benefit programs. Coverage begins the first of the month following hire date for those that enroll in:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Hubspot Administrator is responsible for managing and optimizing the Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) system to enhance customer relationships, streamline business processes, and support business objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
- Optimize Existing CRM Configuration for Sales Efficiency - Take ownership of the current CRM system to enhance its functionality and ensure it fully supports sales and customer success processes. Responsibilities include auditing the existing setup, identifying gaps in workflow alignment, and implementing improvements for lead management, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy. Work closely with sales leadership to customize features, streamline integrations, and drive user adoption, ensuring the CRM becomes a strategic tool for maximizing sales performance.
- Process Optimization – works to align the CRM with business workflows. Implements automated processes, create custom fields, dashboards, and reports, and fine-tune workflows to improve operational efficiency and sales performance.
- User Support & Training – provides training and support to users, helping associates understand system functionalities and best practices. Ensures the organization maximizes the value of the CRM for customer engagement and productivity.
- Reporting & Analytics – generates reports and insights to inform business strategies. Analyzes customer behavior, track key performance indicators, and provide actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and customer service.
- Integration & Upgrades – manages integrations with other systems where applicable and oversees system upgrades or new feature deployments, ensuring minimal disruption and continued alignment with business needs.
- System Management – oversees the configuration, maintenance, and user access of the CRM system. This includes creating user profiles, managing permissions, and ensuring data integrity. They troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with IT or vendors to maintain system performance.
- Data Management & Quality – ensures that customer data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. This involves regular data cleansing, deduplication, and validation processes. High-quality data supports better analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in Hubspot administration is preferred.
- Proven success in managing multi-site operations and large teams.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving abilities, and a customer oriented approach are essential.
- Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and drive change.
