Boeing Defense, Space, and Security is seeking Metal Procession Technicians in Mesa, Arizona, the home of the Apache Longbow Helicopter.
Major Task and Responsibilities:
Clean, chemically treat, paint, and identify metallic parts/assemblies
chemically etch and prime parts for bonding.
Set up, operate, or tend plating or coating machines to coat metal parts and assemblies with chromium, zinc, copper, cadmium, nickel, or other metal to protect, etch, or specially treat surfaces.
This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Schedule:
4 10 hour shifts either Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Highschool diploma or higher.
Must have at least 3 to 5 years’ experience with Automotive or Aircraft painting.
Must have the ability to read and understand blueprints
Must be able to work either 1st or 2nd shift
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Preferred 3 years minimum Aircraft painting experience.

This position is located in a location that does offer relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Summary pay range: $52,000 – $66,560
