Boeing Digital Aviation Solutions (BDAS) is seeking a Business Operations Integrator to join our team, located in Englewood CO, relocation package available. This position will act as a business integrator supporting the Vice President and the Executive leadership team. In this role you will have the unique opportunity to help the BDAS Executive leadership team run their business, manage priorities, and maintain an integrated operating rhythm. Additionally, this position will lead the development and distribution of internal BDAS communications. The position will report to the Director of Digital Operations and will be expected to work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, the Executive Leadership Team, and will directly support with the BDAS Vice President.

Business Operations Integrator duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Supports BDAS VP/LT managing day to day operations (All Employee Meetings, All Manager Meetings, Roundtables, Staff Meetings, etc.)
- Prepare the BDAS VP/LT for meetings, including gathering necessary information, creating agendas, and providing briefings.
- Serve as a liaison between the senior executive and other members of the organization, including preparing and managing communication flow throughout the organization.
- Assists in task management and provides expert business advice to enable a more efficient use of executive resources.
- Interface throughout the larger Boeing Enterprise from multiple organizations to provide leadership and coordination.
- Coordinates the commitments for large scale, complex plans to fulfill the broad level strategies established by executive leadership.
- Utilizes the management systems and processes to provide status information on commitments and compliance to plan.
- Manage BDAS and BGS operating rhythm and ensures alignment and integration to fulfil strategies of each organization.
- Represents executive management to internal and external business interests in areas such as communicating business policy, strategy and direction.
- Develops and incorporates an understanding of the competitive global business environment as well as an awareness of economic, social, and political trends that impact the organization's global strategy.
- Ability to understand the big picture and the inter-relationships of all positions and activities in the system, including the impact of changes in one area on another area, and apply the principles of systems thinking to accelerate performance.
This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work on site; will allow telecommuting from Englewood, CO with expectation of 3 days in-office per week. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience)
- 5 years’ Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership
- 5 years’ Experience with developing and delivering presentations to senior leaders
- 5 years’ Experience working across organizations and cross-functional groups to ensure project coordination, implementation, and completion
- 5 years’ Experience collecting, organizing, synthesizing, and analyzing data
- 5 years’ Experience working with and safeguarding sensitive/confidential information
- 5 years’ Experience planning and executing communications for large audiences
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience):
- Experience working in a Program Management and/or Business Operations organization
- Experience coaching or mentoring others, including those that may not be direct reports
- Experience delivering on business outcomes leveraging key performance metrics
- Experience working in a business leveraging Agile practices
- Experience writing communications using Smart Brevity
- Expected 25% travel
Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.)
