Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a full-time Senior P-8 Pilot Subject Matter Expert to join their team on-site in Hazelwood, MO. This role involves providing subject matter expertise in P-8A aircraft operations, conducting training and evaluations, and offering operational insights for the development of advanced systems and training materials. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with standards, and support initiatives to improve P-8 pilot training effectiveness and operational readiness.
- Extensive piloting experience with the P-8A aircraft, including operational flight proficiency and knowledge of systems and procedures
- Knowledge of flight training, instructional design, or training program development
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and stakeholders
- Understanding of defense systems and processes, particularly in military aviation
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance
- Preferred: Experience with defense and aerospace operational testing and evaluation
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aerospace, Engineering, or a related field
