Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive strategic human resources initiatives that support business goals
- Execute the Talent Management process including workforce planning and strategic human capital planning, succession planning, and development planning within the client group
- Drive business leaders to focus on increasing top talent and differentiating development of employees
- Function as an internal consultant to leaders in achieving business goals
- Advise and guide management on organizational effectiveness, particularly the alignment of processes, systems, and people
- Lead change by partnering with business leaders on planning, implementing, and communicating organizational changes while involving employees
- Drive performance consulting, ensuring expectations align with business strategy and that ratings and compensation are aligned and differentiated across the client group
- Partner with business leaders to create and execute Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement strategy
- Champion the culture
- Provide leadership for talent acquisition within the client group
- Establish strategies for strategic wealth-creating/critical positions and ensure diverse representation in candidate pools
- Manage other HR functions as required, including liaison with centralized Employee Relations, supporting OD and learning strategies, and partnering with Compensation Management on new approaches
- Manage and develop direct reports if applicable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR Management, or a similar discipline required
- Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience
- Demonstrated change leadership, internal consulting, organizational and talent assessment and development skills
- Demonstrated ability to influence, communicate, and build relationships at all levels, and to link business objectives with HR activities; strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills. Committed to continuous improvement
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without restriction
- Must be willing to take a drug test and post-offer physical (if required)
- Must be 18 years of age or older
