Boehm Landscape Management is seeking a full-time office assistant. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Clerical and organizational tasks
- Assisting the office manager with keeping records
- Answering phone calls and distributing messages
- Recording job leads and distributing to salesmen
- Taking work orders
- Picking up supplies
- Offering support to staff members and employees
- Creating and maintaining spreadsheets as needed
- Assisting with office cleaning
The candidate for this job must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Must be able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets. Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication and good penmanship is a must. A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are required. Applicants will be required to take an assessment test before being hired for the position. Resume with references required.
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
