Our program works by eliminating much of the unnecessary overhead present with a typical marine electronics operation. After having offices in big markets like South Florida, Annapolis, and NJ, we've found that good techs really don't need to have a shop to report to. Good techs are able to operate autonomously and work even more efficiently than if they had to report to a central location. If we remove this overhead, and give the bulk of the savings to the techs, then we all stand to be more profitable.

Administrative and sales tasks are centralized from our main office. We are super efficient at providing world class sales, and have a fully developed corporate infrastructure to handle mundain tasks like insurance, product procurement and shipping, benefits, payroll, HR, etc. Combine this with the efficiency that the best techs in the country can achieve, and the sky is the limit on what we can do together. Eliminate waste, enable techs, and make more money with more freedom and better benefits.

Day to day your focus is to be installing equipment on boats, not weighed down by administrative tasks. The few tasks you'll have will be:

• Assist with discovery on future jobs to help us build estimates
• Approve estimates that are ready to be sent to customers
• Work with our scheduling team and customers to coordinate schedule based on your availability
• Continuing to build the network in your territory to keep your schedule full

Once a job is accepted by a customer, we'll deliver it to your queue to be scheduled, and parts will show up to you or to the customer directly. You'll have full transparency to parts, and full access to our scheduling system to manage the job. We make it real easy.

We pay $65 per billable hour, provide a service van, insurance, and a complete support system to make your day as productive as possible. We also pay $5 bonus on work that you find, and have a quarterly profit share.

Scheduling is up to you. Want to work 4 days a week, fine. Want to hustle and work 6 days a week, fine. Start early, start late, take days off, it's all up to you. You'll certainly be held to a minimum amount of billing, but how you get there is up to you.
