Licensed Aesthetician
We're looking for a friendly, licensed Aesthetician to join our growing team. If you're passionate about skincare, client care, and helping people look and feel their best, we'd love to meet you.
In this role, you'll provide professional skincare treatments, educate clients on home care, and help create a welcoming experience for every guest. This is a paid position with opportunities to build a loyal clientele and grow your skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized facials and skincare treatments based on each client's needs.
- Provide services such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning (if offered), body waxing, brow and lash services, and other esthetic treatments.
- Perform aesthetic laser treatments safely and according to established protocols (if certified).
- Recommend professional skincare products and educate clients on maintaining healthy skin at home.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment room and follow all state licensing and safety regulations.
- Document client treatments and provide clear aftercare instructions.
- Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service.
- Support retail sales by recommending products and services that fit each client's skincare goals.
- Work collaboratively with the spa team to provide an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications
- Current state Aesthetician or Cosmetology license (as required by state law).
- Experience performing facials, waxing, lash or brow services, and other esthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Retail sales experience is a plus but not required.
