You’ll play a key role in driving studio growth, creating a welcoming space for members, and helping deliver the BODYBAR magic every day. If you’re organized, goal-driven, and LOVE connecting with people, we want you on our team!
🚀 What You’ll Be Doing
✨ Lead new member generation through confident sales conversations and smart follow-ups.
✨ Support retention by building authentic, personal connections with every BODYBAR member.
✨ Help the team crush daily sales goals and booking targets.
✨ Jump into local events partnerships to promote the BODYBAR community.
✨ Keep studio records organized and up to date — from member bookings to sales logs.
✨ Bring energy, cheer, and connection to the studio floor before and after class.
🎯 What You’ll Need To Succeed
✅ Strong sales instincts — you know how to close deals and hit goals.
✅ Friendly, professional, and polished communication (in person, on the phone, and over email).
✅ Passion for fitness and wellness.
✅ Trustworthy, punctual, and dependable.
✅ Comfortable with computers and studio management software.
✅ High school grad (some college preferred).

- Currently looking for primarily Monday through Wednesday morning availability along with Saturday and Sunday availability and evenings. Minimum of 6 hours per week. STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE A MUST. Event planning experience a plus!
