Be a key team member bringing BODYBAR Pilates to Eastern Jackson County. We’re opening our first studio in Blue Springs, with a second location launching soon after in Lee’s Summit. This is a rare opportunity to step into a founding leadership role and grow with us as we expand.

Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated Studio Manager who is ready to build a thriving studio from the ground up. You are confident, relational, and experienced in sales, operations, and team leadership. You are energized by fitness and wellness, community-minded, organized, and excited about long-term growth with a rapidly expanding brand.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead studio growth by driving new memberships through the BODYBAR sales process
• Achieve monthly revenue and performance goals
• Strengthen member loyalty through thoughtful engagement
• Build and empower a high-performing team, including recruiting, hiring, training, and coaching
• Foster a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance
• Represent BODYBAR in the community
• Lead grassroots marketing and partnership development
• Represent the studio at local events and gatherings
• Utilize the boutique as a community engagement hub
• Deliver exceptional member experiences by building authentic relationships
• Engage with members before and after classes
• Cultivate a warm, high-energy studio environment
• Ensure operational excellence by maintaining a polished and organized studio
• Oversee boutique merchandising and retail operations
• Manage inventory, supplies, systems, and administrative processes
  
  
  

What Will Help You Succeed

• Two or more years of team management experience
• Five or more years in retail, service, or fitness sales
• A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Experience with community outreach and lead generation
• Strong communication skills in person and online
• High level of organization, reliability, and professionalism
• Comfort with learning new systems and technology
• A passion for fitness, wellness, and helping others thrive
