Body Tune Physical Therapy & Wellness is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Patient Care Coordinator to join our Layton clinic.
This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time position by the end of the year as our current receptionist retires. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with our practice and become an important part of our team.
Schedule
- Part-time beginning in August (training)
- Increased hours during September while covering for another receptionist
- Part-time shared schedule in October through December
- Full-time opportunity beginning around the end of the year
What You'll Do
- Welcome patients and create an outstanding first impression
- Answer phones and schedule appointments (including processing appointments scheduled online)
- Obtain patient and insurance info
- Track authorization and referral information
- Some billing tracking
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays and balances
- Maintain accurate patient records
- Communicate with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
- Help keep the front office organized and running smoothly
- Assist with marketing projects, social media, and other administrative tasks as needed

- A strong communicator both in person and over the phone
- Positive, motivated, and enjoys working with people
Customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Medical office experience is a plus but not required—we're happy to train the right person
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Social media experience is a bonus
