As a Front Desk Team Member, you aren’t just checking people in—you are the heartbeat of the studio. You’ll create a welcoming first impression, manage the flow of the day, and support our community of members and coaches.
Key Responsibilities
- Elevate the Experience: Greet every client by name and maintain an energetic, welcoming studio atmosphere.
- Master the Tech: Manage class scheduling and memberships via the Recess platform and other internal systems.
- Own the Desk: Handle phones, emails, and client inquiries with speed, accuracy, and a "can-do" attitude.
- Drive Growth: Process new registrations and contracts while confidently explaining our membership options.
- Support the Squad: Assist Management and Fitness Coaches with daily tasks to keep the studio running smoothly.
- Studio Pride: Ensure the facility remains pristine and professional through light maintenance and general upkeep.
What You Bring
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
