Founded by Dr. Allison Feldt, PT, DPT — Pelvic Expert and Best-Selling Author — our mission is to help one billion moms live active, confident, healthy lives.

We specialize in pregnancy, postpartum, and lifelong pelvic health, blending advanced pelvic floor physical therapy with whole-body wellness strategies. Our unique model also integrates regenerative tools like Shockwave Therapy, Red Light Therapy, and personalized wellness coaching.

• 50-minute, 1-on-1 sessions (no rushing, no double-booking)

• WA Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapy Assistant

• Interest in women’s health and pelvic floor therapy (mentorship provided if new to specialty)
