We’re looking for a tech-savvy, detail-focused Administrative Assistant/Sales Support Lead to manage scheduling, patient communication, and CRM updates in a role that blends structure with impact.

You’re organized, efficient, and comfortable switching gears quickly. You like systems, get satisfaction from checking things off a list, and know how to juggle calls, calendar changes, and patient follow-up without dropping the ball.
You're also:
✔️ Reliable and proactive — you follow through, even when it’s not glamorous
✔️ Comfortable on the phone and quick to build rapport
✔️ Experienced (1 year) in admin, front desk, or healthcare coordination
✔️ Detail-Obsessed — you notice when a form is incomplete or a name is misspelled
✔️ Tech-Savvy — you’ve used tools like Google Sheets, CRMs, or EMRs
✔️ Energized by a small team where your work actually matters
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
Follow up on missing intake formsÂ
Call patients to confirm evals and reschedule cancellations
Keep our CRM clean and up-to-date so leads move through the right funnels
Track patient sessions and log key info in our EHR (JaneApp)
Print weekly schedules and prep for workshops
Restock supplies (weekly) and keep the front desk running smoothly
Answer incoming calls and book patients
