Location: Southgate Mall, Missoula, MT | Part-Time & Full-Time Available

We’re currently hiring a Retail Associate who’s not only passionate about people but understands the importance of strong sales in keeping our mission alive. This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally engaging, enjoys recommending great products, and sees retail as a powerful way to support ethical commerce and local artists.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Genuinely engage with customers and help guide them toward products that delight, support, or inspire them
- Learn the stories behind our products so you can share them confidently and help customers feel connected to what they purchase
- Meet daily/weekly sales goals that help our business thrive—because strong sales = more opportunities for small makers and more community events
- Handle register operations, restocking, and merchandising with care and attention to detail
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture where everyone pitches in and shows up
