Job Description & Requirements

This is a newly created associate role designed for a chiropractor who wants more than a traditional adjustment-focused position. This is not a replacement role—we are looking for someone who is excited to help build and expand alongside a growing, multidisciplinary practice.

You will progressively absorb clinical shifts from the owner while contributing across multiple areas of the business, including patient care, social media content, patient education workshops, and off-site government and employer wellness programming (including Foreign Service contracts).

This role is structured around multiple revenue streams, and total compensation reflects contributions across clinical care, outreach, education, and content—not patient visit volume alone.

Candidates seeking a traditional, high-volume adjusting role will find this is not the right fit.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Responsibilities:

  • Performing patient consultations and examinations
  • Delivering Reports of Findings and care recommendations
  • Presenting financial plans and closing care plans
  • Providing chiropractic adjustments (Diversified, Palmer Package, Drops, Arthro Stim)
  • Conducting re-exams and recommending ongoing care
  • Delivering therapy, rehab, and exercise instruction
  • Incorporating functional medicine and lifestyle-based care
  • Integrating acupuncture into patient treatment plans

Non-Clinical & Growth Responsibilities (Core to Role):

  • Creating and contributing to social media content (Instagram & Facebook)
  • Leading or assisting with patient education workshops
  • Participating in off-site corporate/government wellness programs
  • Supporting employer and Foreign Service outreach initiatives
  • Engaging in community events and relationship-building efforts

Acupuncture Requirement

Acupuncture certification is required for this role.

  • Candidates not yet certified must complete a 150-hour acupuncture program
  • Includes 50 required on-site clinical hours
  • Certification must be obtained within approximately 6 months

Please note: candidates without certification will have limited ability to generate clinical income during this training period, which is factored into the overall role structure and compensation.

Schedule

This position follows a flexible 5/4 workweek structure, averaging 31–40 hours per week, and may include 1–2 Saturdays per month.

Technology & Workflow

  • AI-assisted documentation (Jane scribe) to streamline note-taking and improve efficiency
  • Collaborative, shared-patient model across providers

Additional Opportunity Details

  • Bonus/Commission Opportunities
  • PTO
  • Acupuncture & Clinical Training
  • Long-Term Growth Opportunity within an Expanding Practice
