Position Overview
The Sales Associate plays a key role in driving membership growth and delivering an exceptional first impression at Body Fit Training. This position focuses on sales, lead follow-up, and front desk operations, making it ideal for someone who is outgoing, motivated, and results-driven.
This role offers strong earning potential through commission and hands-on experience in client conversion, relationship building, and sales performance within a high-energy fitness environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests, ensuring a welcoming and high-energy studio environment
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins and daily studio flow
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls to new and existing leads
- Follow up with prospects, nurture relationships, and schedule intro sessions
- Convert leads into memberships through effective communication and sales skills
- Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and sales activity
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Confident, outgoing, and comfortable in a sales-driven environment
- Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
- Motivated by hitting goals and earning commission
