Personal Trainer Intern

BFT is looking for a motivated Personal Trainer Intern who’s ready to gain real coaching experience in a high-energy group training environment.

This is a paid opportunity to learn, develop, and coach inside a structured, science-backed program. You’ll work alongside experienced coaches while building the skills to lead sessions and deliver results.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in coaching group training sessions for up to 36 members
• Learn to deliver structured 50-minute, science-backed workouts
• Provide hands-on coaching including form correction and member support
• Build relationships with members and contribute to a strong community
• Support studio operations including setup, breakdown, and cleanliness

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in a related field and or working toward a certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
• Passion for fitness, strength training, and helping others
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
• CPR and AED certified or willing to obtain
