Our members become part of a community attending 50 to 60-minute strength and conditioning classes. Our classes have a tremendous amount of focus on science and technology to provide clients with an efficient and effective workout. By combining strength and conditioning progressive programs utilizing 14 different types of classes, BFT aims to help members reduce fat and create lean muscle. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Sales Manager at Body Fit Training in Melville, NY. The General Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through effective sales techniques and customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy Development and Sales Team Management skills
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
- Knowledge of effective Sales Techniques
- Experience in setting and achieving Sales Targets
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a plus

Salary : $55,000 - $75,000
