By combining strength and conditioning progressive programs, BFT aims to help members reduce fat and build lean muscle through training all three muscle fibers, planes of movement, and energy systems.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Marketing Director to lead the development, implementation, and oversight of marketing initiatives for our boutique fitness studio. The Marketing Director will be responsible for brand positioning, membership growth, and the creation of marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. This role requires a results-driven leader with a strong background in marketing strategy, digital platforms, and community engagement.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy designed to increase membership, enhance retention, and strengthen brand visibility.
- Oversee all digital marketing activities, including social media, email campaigns, website management, and online advertising.
- Produce high-quality content that promotes the studio’s services, highlights member achievements, and reinforces brand messaging.
- Collaborate with instructors and staff to design and promote classes, workshops, and special events.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure effectiveness and ensure optimal ROI.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to support outreach and growth initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships, including designers, photographers, and other external partners, to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Ensure consistency and professionalism across all branding and communication channels.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including:
Monthly membership growth and lead generation goals.
Retention and engagement benchmarks for current members.
Social media reach, engagement, and follower growth targets.
Conversion rates for digital campaigns and promotions.
Return on marketing investment (ROI) metrics across campaigns.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
- Expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership capabilities with a collaborative and professional approach.
- A strong personal interest in fitness and wellness is preferred.
