BFT programming is designed to stress every energy system, train every muscle fiber type and
work through different planes of movement. BFT is a science backed program that elite athletes
use, made accessible for the general population. BFT coaches motivate, guide, train, build, and
invest in each member’s journey.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exhibit and satisfy all duties & responsibilities that exist for a BFT coach
- Deliver pre-designed sessions/workouts to groups of up to 36 clients in studio and at pop-up events
- Energize and motivate clients throughout class
- Build BFT class attendance and retain current clientele
- Teach proper technique to ensure clients have a safe and positive experience
- Have strong understanding of the different BFT sessions, as well as distinguishing features between each
- Handle member concerns when applicable
- Assist sales associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
- Set up equipment and explain session intention and flow for prospects and new clients
- Maintain strong social media presence to increase class following
Qualifications:
- Exhibit and satisfy all requirements that exist for a BFT coach
- Must have a 4-year degree (in a related field) and/or a nationally recognized PT certification
- Coaching experience preferred
- Love of boutique fitness is a must – passion for strength training is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create a high energy, positive environment that welcomes all people
- Fantastic communication that exudes energy AND empathy
- Must love connecting with people and have passion for helping them achieve goals
- Passion for having fun daily and making every customer excited to train with BFT
- Must exude charisma & thrive in a group environment
- Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certification
