Role Description
This is a full-time (part-time available), on-site position for a Massage Therapist located in Brooklyn, NY. The Massage Therapist will provide therapeutic massage services, including various techniques such as body massage and Shiatsu, tailored to individual client needs. Daily tasks include assessing clients’ physical conditions, offering stress management solutions, maintaining clean and organized treatment spaces, and delivering excellent customer service to enhance the client experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques
- Experience in specialized techniques such as Shiatsu, Prenatal massage, medical/orthopedic massage
- Strong skills in Stress Management to aid client relaxation and well-being
- Excellent Customer Service abilities, ensuring a positive client experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- State licensure or certification as required for practicing massage therapy
- Ability to maintain a clean and professional work environment
- Willing to sponsor a possible candidate’s permit
