Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Bi-Lingual Chiropractic/Office Assistant located in Garden City, NY. The Chiropractic/Office Assistant will be responsible for daily administrative tasks including answering phones, managing office equipment, providing clerical support, and ensuring effective communication with patients. The assistant will also support the chiropractor with patient scheduling and other office duties as required.
We are seeking a caring, positive, detail oriented individual to join our wellness team! We will train you if you are willing to put in the time and energy to learn! In this role, you will play an essential role in supporting our chiropractic practice as well as enhancing our patient experience in the office.
The applicant must have HIGH ENERGY, positive attitude, solution oriented, team player and open to learn and help our patients achieve their health goals.
You would be working alongside the doctor as well as independently in an open adjusting/therapy area with our patients. You should be physically fit yourself to be successful in assisting our patients with their healthcare journey in our office.
This is a very hands on position that would require you to set up patients on traction/decompression devices (we will train you on this so you are fully comfortable completing this task), prepping paperwork, greeting and guiding our patients and being an accountability coach to our patients along their journey.
We have a very small team so punctuality and dependability are key to be successful in this position.

Hours:
MONDAYS: 7AM-CLOSE (around 11AM) & 2:30PM-CLOSE (around 7PM)
TUESDAYS: 7AM-CLOSE (around 10:30AM) & 2:30PM-CLOSE (around 7PM)
WEDNESDAYS: 7AM-CLOSE (around 10:30AM) & 2:30PM-CLOSE (around 7PM)
THURSDAYS: 2:30PM-CLOSE (around 7PM)
FRIDAYS: 1-2 hours of work (flexible hours)
Pay:
$18-$25/hour once training is complete

- Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to perform tasks independently and collaboratively
- Ability to easilly commute to Garden City
