We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Rep to join our growing company primarily in our Blue Bell / East Norriton location.
Job Overview:
Responsible for the sale and servicing of new and existing Personal Lines accounts and to provide accurate and courteous service to insured’s and insurance companies regarding those accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients: Manage an existing book of business and be the first point of contact to those clients. Analyze clients’ current coverage and recommend adjustments or new policies to ensure adequate protection.
- Sales and Renewals: Write new business of your own and also for any leads that may come in to you through the agency. Be familiar with insurance carrier partners. Remarket policies when needed.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Process change requests, endorsements, and field any questions our clients may have
- Documentation and Compliance: Prepare and maintain accurate client records, policy documents, and client requests/communication within our agency management system (Applied EPIC).
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other agents and departments to foster a collaborative environment and achieve company goals. Also assist others with servicing their accounts when needed
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 experience in personal lines insurance customer service and sales
- Licensing: PA Property & Casualty Insurance License
Skills:
- Knowledge of insurance products
- Ability to assess and analyze client insurance needs effectively
- Erie Insurance knowledge is a plus
- Applied EPIC knowledge is a plus
