Collaborate with leadership to grow the clinic 20% year over year through strategic outreach and excellent care. - Mentor & Develop
Provide regular coaching to help team members thrive both clinically and professionally. - Drive Clinical Excellence
Use data, feedback, and best practices to ensure patients get the best outcomes possible.
Who We're Looking For
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT, DPT, or MPT) with 1 year of experience, ideally in a leadership or management role.
- A confident communicator and problem-solver who values both patient outcomes and team success.
