Body Alive is opening a new studio in Orlando, FL, and we’re looking for a highly organized Studio Setup Coordinator to support the full setup, deliveries, outreach, and contractor scheduling. This is a 2–3 month contract position..
Key Responsibilities
- Accept, sign for, unpack, and organize deliveries
- Maintain inventory log and ensure studio supplies are in place
- Assemble furniture, equipment, and props
- Set up and organize lobby, bathrooms, and storage areas
- Maintain studio cleanliness during construction and setup
- Coordinate and schedule contractors and inspections
- Serve as on-site contact for contractors and communicate updates to the corporate team
- Hand out flyers and partnership information to local businesses and apartments
- Log outreach activity and contacts in the database
- Assist with additional studio setup tasks as needed
Position Details
- 40 hours/week (all in person)
- $25/hour
- 2–3 month contract
