Body Alchemy Studio is a small woman and veteran owned business looking for a creative and reliable Social Media Specialist to help grow our brand, connect with our audience, and turn online engagement into booked clients. This is a low-hour, high-impact role perfect for someone who understands how to make content that converts.
What You’ll Do
· Create and post engaging content (Reels, Stories, Posts) weekly
· Showcase services, results, client experiences, and promotions
· Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic
· Respond to comments and messages, and engage with local audiences
· Stay on top of trends and adapt content to increase reach
· Drive traffic to booking links and actively support client growth
What We’re Looking For
· Experience with Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (bonus if experienced with beauty/wellness brands)
· Strong understanding of content that drives engagement and conversions
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Creative eye for visuals and branding
· Reliable, consistent, and results-driven

· $50/week base pay for consistent posting and engagement
· Bonuses available for performance, including:
· Bringing in new clients directly from social media
· High-performing content (strong reach, engagement, or conversions)
· Meeting or exceeding monthly growth goals
