We are seeking an experienced attorney in all aspects of estate, tax and business planning matters to work in Bodman’s Detroit, Troy, Ann Arbor or Grand Rapids office.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Preparing estate planning documents, including revocable trusts, wills, powers of attorney, irrevocable trusts (GST/Dynasty trusts/GRATs/QPRTs, etc.), as well as prenuptial agreements.
- Handling estate and trust administration work.
- Conducting legal research and advising clients regarding estate, gift, and income tax matters.
- Advising clients regarding corporate matters and preparing formation and governance documents, including operating agreements and buy-sell agreements.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients and professional advisors.
- Managing multiple large projects with significant client interaction and exceptional communication.
- Ability to prioritize and organize numerous tasks to complete them efficiently.
Qualified candidates will have at least five years of legal experience.
Juris Doctor degree and admission to the Michigan state bar are required.
