Company Overview: Carson Valley Inn, Bodines, Sharkey's and SlotWorld Casinos are charming properties in Minden, Gardnerville and Carson City, Nevada. Situated at the foot of the Sierra Nevada Mountains just 20 minutes east of Lake Tahoe and 45 minutes south of Reno, our casino's are the perfect place to work.
We are currently seeking FT -Time Guest Service Representative at Bodines Casino in Carson City.
Guest Service Rep
- Duties include guest services for the casino including; cage cashier, casino marketing, and Player club activities, explaining promotions to guests.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Extensive cash handling or Cage experience is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills & prior customer service experience a must.
- Gaming card required
- Detail oriented with the ability to multi task and use good judgement
- Ability to use a 10-key Calculator with accuracy & proficiency
- Ability to accurately write monetary figures on balance sheets. (using comma's & decimals points)
Shift: Varied Shifts /Varied Days
- Must be flexible in scheduling
- Weekend and Holiday work required.

Experience:
- Bank Teller: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cage Cashier: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cash Handling; 1 year (Preferred)

Pay Rate:
- $14.00 /hr Tips
