A progressive, physical therapists-owned outpatient Physical Therapy practice in historical Wilmington’s beautiful coastal community is seeking a Office Coordinator for our Hampstead location. Our outpatient clinics see a diverse range of patient diagnoses and offer opportunities in varied specializations: orthopedics, balance, vestibular, neuro, concussion, Parkinson’s, oncology, and lymphedema. We are seeking someone with 34-40 hours of availability for this position. Starting pay is $17.00/hour.
The role of this position is to help coordinate initiation of care with new patients and new episodes of care from referrals, patient care coordination, ensuring best referral management across the practice. Excellent, compassionate, yet concise communication and attention to detail in providing all information to patients is vital to this role. This role will also include clinic duties including assisting with check-in and scheduling procedures at the front desk, assuring clinic prepped/ ready for service, assisting therapists as needed. Ensuring optimization of the schedule to allow for the best patient visit opportunity will be important to drive results.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
