Telehealth Therapist (LPC or LCSW) – 1099 Independent Contractor | Adults – Virginia
We are a growing psychiatry practice in Virginia seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide telehealth psychotherapy services for adult patients.
This is an independent contractor (1099) position, ideal for clinicians who want flexibility, autonomy, and the ability to manage their own caseload, while leveraging an established practice infrastructure.

Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments and ongoing psychotherapy for adult patients
- Maintain documentation and treatment planning in the EHR
- Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Virginia LPC or LCSW license
- Experience with adult mental health treatment
- Comfortable providing therapy via telehealth
- Able to operate independently and manage your own schedule
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Competitive per-session rates
- Paid based on patient visits
- Malpractice coverage required (can be through your own policy or added to our group if desired)
