What You'll Do
- Conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for outpatient clients
- Prescribe independently (current DEA and Illinois license required)
- Provide hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for transgender and gender-expansive clients
- Coordinate care and provide appropriate referrals
- Maintain timely, ethical, HIPAA-compliant documentation
- Collaborate with therapists and clinical staff for client-centered care
What We're Looking For
- Licensed PMHNP in Illinois
- Current DEA license
- Board certified or board eligible (experience preferred)
- Commitment to culturally competent, inclusive care
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn gender-affirming care including HRT
- Love of learning and continued professional growth
- Ability to work with children
- Experience with diverse populations including BIPOC and LGBTQ clients
Bonus If You Have
- Fluency in Spanish (or another language)
- Prior experience providing HRT or gender-affirming medical care
Pay: $100.00 - $150.00 per hour
