Responsibilities
- Own the client transformation journey from initial consultation through ongoing treatment and follow-up, serving as a trusted coach and resource while guiding clients through personalized weight loss, body contouring, and wellness programs.
- Educate clients on Bodenvy's services and treatment offerings, helping them understand how different solutions work together to support their goals and recommending appropriate treatments based on their individual needs.
- Perform body sculpting and wellness treatments according to Bodenvy protocols and training standards.
- Track client progress, maintain accurate records, and capture before-and-after photos to document results and celebrate milestones.
- Support daily studio operations, including scheduling, client communication, payment processing, and maintaining a clean, professional environment.
- Stay informed on all Bodenvy services, products, and protocols to confidently educate and support clients.
- Passion for health, wellness, weight loss, and helping clients achieve meaningful results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate clients.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional, dependable, and committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Experience in fitness, personal training, wellness coaching, hospitality, customer service, consultative sales, or a related field preferred.
- Certifications such as NASM, ACE, ISSA, Precision Nutrition, NBHWC, or Yoga Alliance are preferred but not required.
