Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Expertly deliver specialized body sculpting treatments to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals.
• Manage daily administrative operations, including scheduling and general studio flow.
• Capture high-quality before-and-after photos to track and celebrate client transformations.
• Securely handle and process client payments and financial transactions.
• Maintain a consistent full-time schedule to support the studio’s operational needs.
• Execute various additional studio tasks ("and more") to ensure a seamless business environment.

Qualifications

• Nutritional Mastery: Provide expert guidance on basic nutrition and meal planning while maintaining fluency in popular dietary trends like Keto and Intermittent Fasting.
• Behavioral & Habit Coaching: Utilize high emotional intelligence and empathy to help clients navigate emotional eating, overcome self-sabotage, and build sustainable, long-term health habits.
• Results-Driven Strategy: Set realistic benchmarks and meticulously track progress, dynamically adjusting plans to help clients overcome specific challenges.
• Inspiring Communication: Act as a motivational catalyst through insightful questioning and a genuinely upbeat, approachable personality that encourages client movement and activity.
• Operational Autonomy: Function as a self-motivated "hard worker" who takes initiative, manages multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrives with minimal supervision.
