What are the responsibilities and job description for the Interior Designer I Project Coordinator position at Boden Architecture, PLLC?
DESCRIPTION: shall be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks within the BODEN ARCHITECTURE, PLLC. Key responsibilities and attributes for this are outlined below. INTERIOR DESIGNER I / PROJECT COORDINATOR should have a collaborative attitude and be willing to work with other facets of the company to strive for excellence in design, communication and project specific solutions. This position reports to company Owners.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Review and/or participate in gathering project parameters, including client interior design preferences and budgetary parameters
- Manage drafting team as well as external consultants in creation of construction documents based off interior design solutions.
- Develop project into organized and detailed Interior construction documents and specifications package adhering to Company Standards, which effectively communicate design intent and construction details.
- Resolve discrepancies and check project for accuracy by collecting and analyzing interior design solutions against architectural and consultant documents
- Communicate in-progress and completed Interior design drawings with Clients and Contractors and field questions related to plan comprehension.
- Perform Construction Administration related tasks including: site observations, shop drawing review with associated reports and lead site visits with Clients and Contractors.
-Participate in project interviews, design charrettes and company marketing efforts.
- Maintain digital file organization adhering to Company Standards.
- Complete as-built measurements to create 3d model for renovation projects.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing project and team related goals.

Requirements
EXPERIENCE: shall possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree from an interior design accredited University, and have 2-5 years of related experience.
SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY REQUIRED:
- ArchiCAD 27 or equivalent Revit Experience
- Microsoft Suite or Google Suite
- Bluebeam Studio
PAY: Competitive pay based on experience
$60,000 - $80,000 annual
