We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Quality Engineer to support the planning, implementation, and execution of quality assurance and control activities across assigned projects. This role ensures that project deliverables meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

To be successful as a Project Quality Engineer you should be able to ensure that all materials, processes, and procedures meet regulatory and quality standards, and promptly resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include, but are not limited, to the following:
- Serve as the primary quality point of contact for assigned projects from initiation through completion.
- Develop and implement projectspecific quality plans, inspection and test plans for the quality department (PFMEA), and control plans per the customer standards.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, codes, and customer requirements.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings and reviews to define quality objectives and deliverables.
- Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs), audits, and reviews to validate compliance with design and process requirements.
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for projectrelated quality issues.
- Maintain project quality documentation including test records, quality reports, and nonconformance reports (NCRs).
- Support internal and external audits, including customer audits and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor supplier quality performance related to the project and collaborate with procurement to resolve issues.
- Report quality metrics and status to project stakeholders on a regular basis.
