We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Planner to coordinate and optimize production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement teams to balance demand and supply while minimizing production delays and costs.

- Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on demand forecasts, resource availability, and material supply.
- Monitor production processes and workflow to identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, logistics, and quality control teams to meet production goals.
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to drive efficiency improvements.
- Prepare regular reports on production status, inventory levels, and schedule adherence.
- Address issues that may affect production timelines and propose solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in production planning, manufacturing, or supply chain coordination.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in automotive or rail industry.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
