What is our Team Approach?
Our Shift Leaders do not manage from a distance but instead alongside crew employees to be more effective, resolve guest complaints, maintain product quality, and fix any problems as they arise. Working alongside crew members allows our managers to teach and lead by example.
What Will You Do?
Maintain a cooperative, professional, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew. Assist with crew member duties as needed. Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, cash, personal appearance, security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all.
Under the direction of the Senior/General Manager:
· Supervise shifts
· Train and develop crew
· Provide coaching
· Assist with controlling inventory, Food Cost Variance standards and manage labor costs.
· Assist in maintaining building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
What Will You Need?
· Must be 18 years or older
· Preferably Valid Driver’s License
· Must meet physical demands required of the role
· Preferably 1 year of management experience
· Available to work all shifts and weekends
· Ability to pass background check and drug screen
· Cheerful and Positive Attitude
· Effective communication skills
· Loves serving and helping others
