What Will You Do?
To provide timely maintenance of all POS, Broadband, PC and telephone system hardware in all restaurants in their assigned region of the company to ensure optimum use of these systems.
- Provide hardware maintenance as required in the restaurant including service calls for specific problems or preventive maintenance. Provide weekend support as scheduled.
- Provide technical support to restaurant and the Help Desk, whenever called on to discuss.
- Transport all equipment and parts used for repairs and maintain an adequate inventory of parts and supplies for hardware maintenance in assigned restaurants.
- Perform system upgrades and modifications are required.
- Respond and assist, when randomly assigned, in staffing shortages, new equipment rollouts, emergencies, natural disasters, training, etc., outside of assigned region.
- Install equipment in new restaurants and remove, refurbish and reinstall equipment in major remodels.
- Consistently exhibit the actions/behaviors which best demonstrate BNE’s Vision and Values; perform other tasks as directed by management; and at all times represent Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. as a professional in every aspect of performance.
Requirements
- Must live in or near Wake County, NC area.
