Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager located in Harrisonburg, VA. The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring both an exceptional customer experience and efficient business operations. Responsibilities include staff management, scheduling, customer service, inventory management, and maintaining health and safety standards. The General Manager will also be responsible for financial performance, including budgeting and achieving sales targets, while fostering a positive work environment.
