What You’ll Do

•       Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism

•       Manage the seating chart and guide guests to their tables

•       Handle reservations and maintain an organized waitlist

•       Answer phones promptly and professionally

•       Take and accurately input to-go orders into the POS system

•       Run food to tables as needed to support the floor team

•       Maintain a clean and inviting front-of-house area, including sweeping and mopping

•       Pitch in wherever the team needs you — we win together

What We’re Looking For

•       High energy, positive attitude, and a genuine love for hospitality

•       Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence

•       Ability to stay focused and composed during a busy service

•       Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

•       Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

•       Experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus — and will be reflected in your starting pay

Compensation

This position offers a competitive hourly base wage plus participation in our tip share pool, giving you the opportunity to meaningfully increase your take-home pay based on the team’s performance. Prior experience will be taken into account when determining your starting rate.
