Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bridal Consultant to join our team. As a Bridal Consultant, you will play a vital role in assisting brides-to-be in finding their dream wedding dress. Your exceptional sales and communication skills, combined with your passion for the bridal industry, will ensure an unforgettable experience for our customers. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to brides and their entourage throughout their bridal shopping journey - Assist brides in selecting the perfect wedding gown, taking into consideration their preferences, body type, and budget - Offer expert advice on bridal fashion trends, styles, and accessories - Conduct fittings and alterations to ensure the perfect fit for each bride - Coordinate with vendors to schedule appointments for bridesmaid dresses, tuxedos, and other wedding-related attire - Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom by arranging dresses and accessories - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues Requirements: - Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Professional phone etiquette - Knowledge of bridal fashion trends and designers is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude - Proficiency in using computer systems for inventory management and sales tracking is desirable Location: Preferred Skills: - Experience in wireless sales or technical sales is beneficial - Multilingual abilities are a plus, especially if bilingual in English and another language Join our team as a Bridal Consultant and be part of creating unforgettable moments for our brides-to-be. Pay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
